Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen. I am an American-born Vietnamese entrepreneur living in Orange County in California. With my wonderful partner JP and the happy-go lucky dad Henry. Many people are familiar with me via my Instagram platform @annephung where I write about my experiences- the highs the lows and all in between. When I was in 1990, I moved to America together with my family, including my brothers and parents at the age of one and half. If it wasn't for my parents' passion for hard work and sacrifice and sacrifice, I wouldn't be with you sharing my life. Being aware of the possibility to have a brighter future, I worked hard to impress them and was a shrewd entrepreneur for success. It was my plan to attend school, graduate and get an employment that was good. Then I wanted a wife and kids. My idea of success was to go to university to graduate, then get an executive job. Then I'd get married to buy a home and start a family. Life had other ideas. 2013 was the year I realized the job I was in didn't feel like a good fit for me. While the pay and position was good, I didn't feel like it was fulfilling. In reality, I thought I was just spending my time. As I navigated my way to a new direction in my career, I found that I was meant to be personal trainer. I enjoyed working out, I liked being social, and I love helping people. I began my business in 2014. I am celebrating my seventh birthday this year. It's rare to meet an Asian female in the business. It is my goal to become a catalyst in the industry to provide quality coaching to empower others to become a healthier and happier them by creating a sustainable lifestyle cater to the individual needs and desires. Additionally, I'm committed to supporting others so that they are able to achieve their goals, follow their interests and lead the life you've always wanted to live. My career exploded as I was enjoying the highest happiness of my life. However, my mother passed away just when my professional life began to fall off. Following an 8-year battle with the disease, she is currently resting on Heaven. I will never forget her, and will always keep her in my thoughts and my heart. It is possible to learn from the world, even if we may not be able to spot it in the moment. My mom's death changed my life in so many ways. I truly believe that my mom offered me a second chance at life through her passing. Her death occurred at the age of 87 on Tet/Lunar New Year Day it was her time to start the next chapter of her life. It was also a chance for me to have my second chance to live a happy, fulfilled and fulfilling life. Now into my 30's I'm alive and alert. I truly feel like I'm living my life today instead of merely surviving as I did in the past. In sharing the tale of my journey, it's with the intention that people are able to relate to my feelings and thoughts. It is to know that they're not the only ones. And that there is genuine love. Also that therapy is necessary and not uncommon. Finally that wellness is your greatest wealth. I pray that you live the life you want to live and to die with no regrets, as death is the sole thing promised to us in our life.
